    How to maintain laser welding machine?

    The daily use and maintenance of laser welding machine must be carried out by specially trained personnel, otherwise it will cause serious man-made damage. Maintenance process, we also need to pay attention to the following six points:

    (a) the purity of cooling water is the key to ensure the torch laser output efficiency and laser cavity component life, use should be checked once a week in the conductivity of the circulating water, the conductivity of 30.5MW? Cm, a month must be replaced once in deionized water cycle, water conductivity must be injected into the new 32MW cm?. Always observe the color change of the ion exchange column in the cooling system. Once the resin in the exchange column becomes dark brown or even black, the resin should be replaced immediately;

    (two) in the condition of higher temperature or humidity, the cooling water circulation pipeline or laser condensing chamber should pay attention to whether the "condensation" phenomenon caused by water temperature is too low. "Condensation" will lead to YAG crystal end damage, resulting in output power decline, or even out of light, the use must pay attention to. If the use of "condensation" should immediately stop the laser welding machine, natural drying to cavity surface water after re examination of YAG optical surface conditions, determine whether to clean the YAG bar, check all normal circumstances can boot again, before starting the limit due to increase attention of the thermostat setting temperature. In the normal operation of the refrigeration system should also observe whether the titanium tube if there is frost, frost, is probably not due to the freon refrigeration system, should the relevant professionals please supplement and check whether there is leakage immediately;

    (three) the multimeter resistance profile in 2MW, the metal exposed part of two probe measurement terminal with 1cm interval distance parallel to the insertion of a cooling water, the resistance readings should be at least more than 250kW. If the readings are below this value, the welding torch cooling water should be replaced immediately;

    (four) in order to ensure the torch laser has been in a normal working state, continuous work for two weeks or stop using for a period of time, before starting the first response to the components of the YAG bar, medium diaphragm and lens protection glass optical path for inspection, to determine the optical components have no abnormal phenomena such as dust pollution, mildew. These phenomena should be processed in a timely manner, to ensure that all optical components can not be damaged under intensive laser irradiation;

    (five) the equipment operating personnel can often use black paper check the laser spot, once found the phenomenon of uneven spot or energy loss, should be timely to the welding laser resonator adjustment, ensure that the laser output beam quality;

    (six) check the torch protection interlock circuit of stainless steel electrode: the cooling system for the characteristics of laser equipment, design the overtemperature sound alarm, over temperature flow switch chain, chain, chain level protection and other protective measures. The use of the above protection circuit should be checked regularly to ensure its function is normal and effective. Inspection work can be carried out when water is changed.
